Hygiene


Doing things that are healthy for my body makes me feel like a happier and fresher person. It makes me feel good about myself, ya know? So earlier, around 12ish, I had nothing to do, so i felt like doing a few situps just to stimulate my body, and it carried on to a full workout lifting weights, ab sliders, and other crazy shit. Then showered with shampoo and conditioner, then used q-tips, then brushed my teeth which im usually too lazy to do at night, and then flossed which I still see no point in doing, but oh well. After doing that all, i felt energetic and shit, i know it sounds weird and all, but ya’ll should try it! hahaha. what a crazy night.
