haha, who is this though? well, i take tips from people who know the move inside out. Take advantage of being at jams and being around pro’s who’ve done a move your interested in learning. Effective training methods… hmm, stretch alot… like, seriously, that shit helps. LOL . Stay hydrated, but not too much… all i can really say about how i get moves down fast is learning it correctly, putting energy into it when i do it, taking tips from the pro’s and don’t be scared to try it.
